*kicks notebook*

I stopped at day 24 for the 30 days of world-building~ Am so burnt out with all the details. I really needed to stop. The fun was no longer there! What energy will I have left for NaNoWriMo (which is starting 2 days from now). Besides, cramming 30 days of world-building in just 6 days? O_o

So I stopped but I still have a lot to work on the plot holes (answering a lot of questions) and naming the places!!! *kicks notebook some more*

Tonight, Ami and I will have a wrimo session over coffee and Subway sandwiches! Yum! Hopefully, it will help ^_^

Like I said in my lj entry, I have signed up for the NaNoWrimo.

And boy, my muse is pretty active-- I can't sleep early!!! I am so excited! I'm finally breathing life to a story that I have in my head for years, but never had a chance to see the light of day.

I already have the basic outline (composed of working titles per chapter) and basic character names and points. But I have run into a serious road block.

World Building.

Since the genre I am working on is fantasy, I need to "create" the world the story will be in. And since the story revolves on "the journey", world building is key.

I am, however, overwhelmed by this task alone. The task entails physical geology and geography, climates and weathers, socio-economic and religion... there's also the races, the magic (hey, this IS fantasy) and creatures~

And I am left with less than 10 days to do create my own little world.

Thank goodness for 30 Days of World Building!!!

It's a step-by-step guide on what to do so the task won't be so scary as it sounds. However, since I only have less than 10 days, I am speeding up the process. (I have already finished the first 4 steps in 3 hours) I will be starting on doing the map within the day. I am so glad October 24 is a non-working holiday! Whoopee!!!

My muse is high on caffeine (and I have yet to drink any for the past 6 days), and is causing me to think too way ahead of me. So this guide is helping me a lot.

Now, onto the drawing board~

(Oh noez!!! NaNoWriMo has taken my life!)
